Ungasan Bay Villas has been designed in an L-shape structure which is defined by a semi-flat rooftop and full length glass doors in every room that open up to embrace the outdoors. The main living environment integrates a dining and lounge space as well as a fully equipped kitchen facility that is partially hidden behind a timber wall panel. Adjacent to the living room is the master suite, while the second bedroom is accessed separately via the terrace. The matching ensuite bathrooms have been created for pure indulgence with double vanity space, a generous rain shower recess and a sunken tub edged in marble and set against a hand carved stone frieze.
