Tranquil Village: Kotak Residence, Canggu

With flat roof tops, clean symmetrical lines and an exterior colour combination of cappuccino and cool grey, Villa Kotak is made up of just two interconnecting villa compounds. A service kitchen at the front entrance of the property is where staff members organize breakfast and other meals on request.

Villa Kotak (Five Bedroom Villa)
As a 5 bedroom rental alternative, Villa Kotak features a pair of interconnecting compounds to comfortably accommodate the needs of up to 10 adult guests. This contemporary styled complex, with a choice of pools and ample outdoor space for social gatherings.


Kotak Residence One (Two Bedroom Villa)
This innovative two bedroom villa has been created to anticipate the needs of the savvy traveller who is making a conscious effort to venture beyond the Balinese cliché of traditionally thatched dwellings and swaying coconut palms. The main living space incorporates a dining area and compact kitchenette. Matching bedroom suites on opposite ends of the villa are orientated towards the pool with glass sliding doors for convenient outdoor access. The outdoor environment is almost entirely taken up by a full length swimming pool that is surrounded by a timber deck and shady pergola.

Kotak Residence Two (Three Bedroom Villa)
This generously appointed three bedroom villa has compound borders onto a small flowing river and offers uninterrupted views over nearby rice terraces. Double bedrooms are positioned at either side of the main living quarters to overlook the pool and garden. Both bedrooms feature tasteful furnishings in dark timber and include a personal en-suite bathroom facility with open-style cubicles wardrobe. The Master Suite is an individual flat roofed structure that stands alone at the end of the garden for total privacy. A large picture window exposes this setting to a backdrop of pure nature and allows warm rays of sunlight to filter through.
