With office headquarters in Istana Kuta Galeria; Exotiq Villa Holidays is the newest EXOTIQ division, operating in collaboration with Bali’s well-known and well-established EXOTIQ REAL ESTATE. Exotiq Villa Holidays was conceived to tackle the unmet need for reliable ongoing villa property management caused by the island’s unprecedented growth in new villa development.

The market for brand new villa properties in Bali appears to be growing exponentially, with property price increases running at a rate of roughly 15%-25% per annum. There is general consensus that over the last 3 years the quantity of rental villas in Bali has risen over 50%. Prices are holding and villas are selling, with new villa sales growth expected well into 2008, and possibly beyond.

New villa owners usually live outside of Bali, and make their purchase for investment and vacation reasons. They foresee the need for quality care of their newly purchased property, and just as important, the potential to gain rental revenues through guest bookings for accommodation in villas. Its not surprising that quality property management is considered a required inclusion in nearly all new villa sales agreements.
